"Had a very wonderful experience! My puppy was extremely sick and my regular vet wasn't able to take her in but Orchard Park had a last minute cancellation and were very accepting! They listened to my concerns and were extremely kind to me and my pup. She left feeling very calm and seemed to have an all around good experience even though she had to go through some rather not pleasant testing. They were very reassuring and patient, very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I might've had. Would absolutely visit them again!"
